Earlier known as UBS, the campus is located in Kushiwali and covers an area of 40 acres. It is India’s first green business school as well as India’s first artificial intelligence institution.

Typically, the PG batch begins in June and the UG batch begins in August, which is especially welcome during the rainy season.

The day begins with breakfast at 8:30 a.m., followed by classes until 13:20, with a lunch break before returning to class. At UAIU, there are approximately 20 student clubs, and it is mandatory for each student to be a member of at least one of them, and students do participate as part of their club activities.

There are outdoor sports facilities such basketball courts, football turf, and cricket grounds, as well as indoor sports amenities like pool, chess, TT, and carrom.  Programs like BBA , B.Tech (including AI & ML),Sound Engineering and Design Thinking  are available at the college.  Executive MBA, and other PGDM courses are some of the notable programs. Some of these courses have global cooperation and specialisations, and some also involve student exchange programs.

Both PG and UG students are required to do an internship.  Over the years, the PG placement has been approximately 100%.

Since sustainability is the way of the future, the college also emphasises various CSR initiatives and involves students in them. I have had a pleasant overall experience here, and I foresee even better experiences in the future.
